Chris Evans Workout and Diet. Chris Evan was born on June 13, 1981 is an American actor known for his Super Hero Roles. He is Best Known for his role in Captain America, Fantastic Four and The Avengers . He is 6′ 0″ in height and having a weight of about 200 pounds.  He has always maintained a lean muscular look, one which he had to improve on for this film. He has amazing muscles and shapes, to gain such muscle mass you need to do hard and heavy workout. Let us Talk about his workouts.


Workout and Equipments 



Chris Evans's workout consists of a heavy split routine is when you train one body part each day of the week and then rinse and repeat. He workouts for 6 days at gym. Lets take a look at his workouts.
 


Monday – Shoulders
  • Seated Military Press Machine – 3 sets x 15 reps
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raise – 3 sets x 6-8 reps each
  • Rear Delt Cable Raise – 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
  • Hammer Stength Shrug – 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
  • Four Way Neck Machine – 4 sets x 10 reps
Tuesday – Chest
  • Incline Dumbbell Press – 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
  • Dumbbell Bench Press – 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
  • Cable Crossover – 4 sets x 10 reps
  • Push Ups – 4 sets x 12 reps (superset with crossovers)
Wednesday – Legs
  • Leg Press – 4 sets x 25, 20, 18, 16 (Last set is drop set)
  • Smith Machine Lunge – 4 sets x 8 reps per leg
  • Lying Leg Curl – 4 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Standing Calf Raise – 6 sets x 12 reps (Last set is drop set)



Thursday – Arms
  • Alternating Dumbbell Curl – 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
  • Preacher Machine Curl – 6 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 21, 21 reps
  • Cable Tricep Extension – 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 20 reps
  • Overhead Cable Extension – 4 sets x 12, 10, 8, 20 reps
  • One Arm Reverse Grip Tricep Extension – 2 sets x 10 reps
Friday – Back
  • Wide Grip Lat Pull Down – 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
  • Close Grip Lat Pull Down – 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
  • One Arm Seated Row Machine – 4 sets x 10 reps
  • Back Extension – 4 sets x 15, 15, 12, 12 reps
Saturday – Abs and Cardio Exercises
Sunday - Rest







Diet and Supplements

Chris Evans doesn't like dieting earlier he loves to eat junk food and all other non healthier things but for Captain America he changes his diet and avoids junk food and start eating healthier. Let us look at his diet.






  • Chris ate a lot of protein to stay in superhero shape.

  1. Did he do all exercises before he rested? For example, did he do 30 sec of pull ups, 30 sec of push up and 30 sec of squats and then rest or did he rest in between the exercises?
